Service Description

These 60-minute sessions are where the deeper work unfolds. Building on the insights from your initial consultation, we focus on creating meaningful, sustainable shifts that support your well-being from the inside out. Together we explore what’s present in your life and body in real time, while developing practical tools and supportive practices you can integrate into your everyday routine. This may include guidance around movement, nervous system regulation, stress resilience, and ways to strengthen your connection with your body’s signals and wisdom. Each session is personalized to your goals and evolving needs. My role is to support you with thoughtful guidance, accountability, and holistic practices that help you create lasting change—so you can move through life with greater clarity, balance, and trust in yourself.
